2) When you recive the Dental Home Impression kit please follow the Instructions, and watch the video bellow. Your Impression must be approved by us before sending it back.

3) Ship yor approvel impression back to us with the enclsed return shipping label. One we recive it. Production of your mouth guard will begin the following business day.
